By using IntelliPrep, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We provide software tools for bar exam preparation, including study scheduling, practice, and optional AI-assisted features. Content is for educational use and does not guarantee exam outcomes.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law.
Where we offer paid tiers, pricing and what is included are described in-app and on our marketing pages. One-time purchase access is for the exam cycle described at checkout, unless we state otherwise. We use third-party payment processors; their terms and privacy practices also apply to payment transactions.
We may offer an optional invite program: you can share a personal link with others. If someone who was not already a customer creates an account through your link and later completes a qualifying paid purchase for an exam-cycle plan, we may credit your account with referral balance that reduces what you pay at checkout, subject to limits shown in the app. Credits are not cash, may expire or change, and are void where restricted. We may withhold or reverse credits that appear fraudulent, self-referential, or abusive. Payment and settlement are processed by our payment provider; the amount charged is the final one shown in Stripe at payment time.
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties. Bar exam rules and eligibility are your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or, if none, the minimum allowed by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, risk, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Check the “last updated” date above.
