IntelliPrep provides study tools and coaching for bar exam preparation. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices. Contact: use the in-app support path or the email you use for your account; a dedicated legal contact can be added when a formal entity site is live.
We may collect information you provide (account email, display name, profile and exam-prep fields you choose to save) and
We use data to provide and secure the product, personalize coaching and scheduling features, and communicate about your account.
On paid plans, the Lumi coach may save short factual snippets derived automatically from your Lumi chat threads (not from direct messages or Wall). You can review or delete individual memories or clear them all in Settings, or pause automatic memory updates. Deleting memories does not delete your underlying chat history unless you delete those threads separately.
We use subprocessors (e.g. hosting, database, email/auth, and payment processing) to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
We may collect a quick optional check-in before practice sessions, scheduling capacity you tell us about ("life load"), and similar signals so the app can tune pacing and support. We use that information only to personalize your own experience. We don't sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to market third-party products to you. You can update life load in Profile; session check-ins stay on individual practice records and are removed when you delete your account or those sessions.
You can update profile fields in the app. You may request account deletion; retention may be limited by legal or security needs.
IntelliPrep is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
